This is the place to go to:
• Download logos and graphics
• Access brand guidelines
• Download templates - such as PowerPoints, reports, and business cards
• Create and download personalised resources using our templates, including - social media cards, email headers or posters.

Welcome to BrandStencil
Find out how to start using BrandStencil with a quick tour.
This introduction will guide you through making your first document and show you how to manage assets and images.

Templates
The 'Templates' area is where you can make new, personalised documents.
This will show you all the templates you have available. Templates can be made from your existing artwork or designed specifically for BrandStencil.

Adding content
Once you have chosen a template you can update its content using the form on the left. This shows all editable fields within the template.
The preview updates automatically as you add your content and make other layout and design choices.

Naming your document
You can click 'rename' in the header at any time to give your document a title.

Saving and downloading
When you are happy with the content, click 'Save & download' to create a finished version of your document.
You will be able to download it as a PDF or Image.

Assets & Images
BrandStencil has two areas to store and organise brand resources.
Assets is the perfect place for ready-to-use artwork, process and guidelines documents and brand graphics
Images work in the same way but is the place for your on-brand photography.

Meta data
All items in the Asset and Image libraries can be tagged with detailed meta data enabling users to quickly find what they need.

Saved Material
'Saved Materials' is an archive of all the artwork you have created from the templates. The Saved Materials tab is in the main navigation bar.
Here you can download, edit, copy or delete your personalised materials.
